Citizen Charter
The main purpose of the Citizens' Certificate is to facilitate access to government services and to improve the quality of service.
First, to determine the quality of service in line with their expectations through public participation and to redefine their views on a regular basis so that it is possible to continue to improve the quality of service and make the service more people-friendly.
